TimberTec was founded in 1999 with the idea of developing software solutions exclusively for the timber industry. Today, almost a quarter of a century and several hundred installations in Europe and North America later, we are still 100% focused on the timber industry. For good reason, because we are continuously growing. Also, because wood will play an even more important role in the realization of sustainable net-zero concepts in the future. A trend that we are happy to support with our solutions.
We are also actively supported on our growth path. As a portfolio company of the Genii Software Group, we benefit from the stability and financial strength of the group, allowing us to focus on our goal of becoming the number one ERP system for the timebr industry worldwide.

Company founder Andreas Boll studied technical informatics and communications engineering. Before founding TimberTec, he worked in software development and project management.
Frank Ridder
Company founder Frank Ridder studied technical informatics and communications engineering. Before founding TimberTec, he worked in software development and project management.
Kristian Niklasson
Kristian Niklasson brings more than 30 years of experience in the international software business to the company. As President of the Nordic countries for partner Iptor, he led and developed Iptor's largest region. He is now the driving force behind TimberTec's international growth.
