Eutin, July 29, 2025 - TimberTec, leading provider of ERP software solutions for the wood industry, announces the appointment of Marcus Wieser as Managing Director. Together with Andreas Boll, he will take over the strategic and operational management of the company. With this decision, TimberTec strengthens its position as a technological pioneer in the industry and sets a clear signal for growth, innovative strength and customer proximity.
With his 16 years of experience at TimberTec and his deep connection to and understanding of the timber industry, Marcus Wieser will take over the management of the company together with Andreas Boll. This appointment marks an important step in the further development of the company and its strategic direction.
Marcus Wieser has been part of the company for over 16 years and has extensive industry knowledge and a deep technical understanding. His career began in a large sawmill, then led him to a parquet manufacturer, and finally to various management positions at TimberTec and finally to the top of the company. Born in Salzburg, he completed his training at Holztechnikum Kuchl and also holds a bachelor's degree in business administration, a master's degree in industrial management and a further master's degree in integrated management systems.
