Remote diagnosis
In order to be able to troubleshoot your system or perform remote maintenance as quickly as possible, we use Fastviewer, a tool that allows us to connect to your screen with your permission. To use this service, you will need to download and install this tool. Additionally, an active connection to the Internet is required for diagnosis.
